Oyster cards from Klook
I bought two Oyster cards from Klook. Condition mentioned the selected date is just a collection date. If need to change the collection date, I can contact the reservation team. When I contact the team, the staff said it can’t be changed. I then provided the screen shot for him to read. He said he will contact the provider but still no response yet.

The advertised 5% discount for using…
The advertised 5% discount for using their App for the 1st time does not work. Contacting the help desk is a complete waste of time. I'm glad I found this out whilst trying to make a large purchase of 1st class JR passes as I now have no trust in Klook and will book elsewhere.

I wrote a review a couple of days ago and since then klook has emailed me that they would look into my issue. This is in regards to a SIM card purchase that I made. My credit card was charged but I haven’t received a confirmation email so I won’t be able to pick the SIM card up. I leave tomorrow for my trip and this still isn’t resolved.
No real support available
What you book you get - there is no any problem with that. But the promo codes they give can't be used. They are just broken. When you ask to fix the coupon you hear only one sentence - we are working on that. Asked to get new coupons instead broken ones - no way. And the agents on the support chat - they are just leaving the chat in the middle of the conversation. From 9 January the issue is still not resolved, and the agents in the chat are surprised to know that. Total loss.
Booking details - no details, because the issue with a promo code, not with booking. The promo code is broken and no one in Klook really wants to fix it.

WARNING:JAPAN JR PASSES
Seems like others have had issues with their JR pass just like me.
Since Jan 14 I have dealt with Jun C, Emarie A, Robert R, Ana Y, Jaycee M and Michael Y without any resolution.
Long story short - We never received our JR passes because they were sent to a DIFFERENT COUNTRY - New Zealand as noted by our DHL courier tracking.
JR staff in Japan were unable to assist us and as we were talking to Klook they suggested that we should buy new passes from the centre and cancel our existing JR passes with Klook as they will issue us a refund.
It has now been nearly 3 weeks and we are still getting the same message that it has been transferred to the relevant department. They have not yet to approve our refund to begin with, which I do not understand what takes so long considering that it is clear that they sent it to the wrong country, what more needs to be considered?

There are no follow up instructions. Please check the chat history, the same copy and paste response has been sent to us. 'we are sending your enquiry to the relevant team, we will email when an update is ready'. It's been 3 weeks since our first communication.
Update: still the same response - waiting for approval after being told to wait 3 days (it has been 6 days) this is the 3rd time they have said to wait 3 days.

Operator did not show. Klook refused refund.
I booked a local tour in Turkey. I was 25 minutes early and waited until 15 minutes past the meeting time. The office was locked, no guide showed up, no one responded to my message or phone calls. A man in the street told me they are closed, and TripAdvisor confirms this. I requested a refund but Klook refused it because the operator says they were there. This is a lie. Very poor customer service from Klook and Istanbul Walking Tours.

Stranded with No Contact for Help
Stranded! I booked a car shuttle from Bangkok airport to the city. I received email confirmation that I would receive driver/vendor info on day of trip. Arriving at airport: No Driver, No contact info for driver, vendor or Klook! Nothing in spam or trash folders, just the prior reminder that I would receive info! Tried to contact Klook via their online help messaging and chat - not possible!

I booked jan 15 for a hotel non refundable for my kids and family for a wedding day. When I contacted the hotel that day to confirm they are no longer in contact. It takes so long for them to resolve the problem we will leave Tom and still no answer if we get a refund or transfer its very stressful.

Had a hard time communicating with their customer support. They didn't know too much about the companies policy and keeping me waited. But in the end they helped me, and save the day. Overall experience was OK.

In the process of paying for the reservation, money was debited from my card, but the website wrote that the payment did not pass. The support service has been telling me for several days that the money will be returned within 3 days, because the booking has not been confirmed. Naturally, the money was not returned. The bank confirmed that the payment was made. The support service responds for 2 hours, and now they don't tell me anything intelligible. I will complain to the regulatory authorities!

Klook has terrible customer service
I paid for two Japan Rail Vouchers from Klook and one of them had the wrong name on them. I tried reaching out to Klook and couldn't get in touch with anyone. Finally, got through to chat and was told it will be taken care of. I would get a cancellation and refund. However, I check in everyday and still no action. Just the same response. It is now January 22 and I do not have my refund yet. I need to rebook before my trip to Japan.

Terrible service
Terrible service, little or no contact with the customers, hardly to know to whom you need to talk to when you have problems. I won't use this service ever again, and make sure all of my friends won't use this too.
Klook is such a scam
Klook is such a scam. They may have good daily rates for car rentals but they don't properly disclose the fine print- additional charges at the airport. The usual fees- insurance and tolls and then a whopping $52 in tax barely mentioned in the fine print. This is such a scam. Klook clearly stated $0 offline amount on the receipt and then put the charges in the very fine print. What a horrible service. I wouldn't be as upset if I know what I was paying up front. Klook makes itself look more appealing by hiding the true rental cost. 0 stars.

Update: No one is investigating this. The response from the company appears to be just for PR.
